"Pěkný s výhledem do atria a v dálce na moře pokoj, přátelský přístup obsluhy, super snídaně, obědy, svačiny i večeře. Skvělé víno a lokální alkohol + míchané drinky. Malá, ale čistá pláž a jako bonus stín původních stromů, plus menší aquapark s tobogány a skluzavkami. Jednoduché vybavení posilovny, ale s klimatizací, takže cajk. Punch machine, stolní fotbálek nebo hokej a další vychytávky pro děti."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, pools and sea possibility was truly excellent. Very big and safe place to be. Security was in very good level. Lovely site."

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

Tobogány nebyly vždy otevřeny všechny, vždy v určitém intervalu fungovala jen polovina, každé dvě hodiny se to střídalo, ale nakonec nám to nevadilo.

Nothing - be aware of the 30-40 minute off road drive from the airport (not that it’s bad)

"Nádherná lokalita, příjemný, usměvavý personál, který se staral o to, aby nám nic nescházelo. Bohatý výběr jídel jak při snídani,tak i u večeře, bonus byl výběr nápojů zdarma u večeře.Touto cestou děkuji personálu, který nám umožnili krásný pobyt. Byli jsme zde minulý rok a budeme se těšit, že přijedeme i příští rok."

"Ocenila jsem prostorný a klidný pokoj, malý bazén a především vstřícného majitele Joshe a jeho personál. Taky místní restauraci, kde bylo možné za příplatek se výborně najíst."

Zažila jsem poměrně masívní výpadek proudu, takže pár hodin nefungovala klimatizace. To ovšem může rezort ovlivnit jen velmi okrajově.

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

The hotel can definitely do with some upgrades.

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Velmi přátelská a ochotná paní recepční. Poradila, doporučila... Ubytování bylo nedaleko centra. Pokoj menší, ale čistý, na tranzitní přespání cestou z Albánie ideální, kousek od přechodu Kelebija/Tompa. Klidné prostředí. Snídaně chutná a naprosto dostačující."

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Moc se nám líbilo vybavení pokoje, toustovač, varná konvice, lednice, fén atd.. Po dlouhé době konečně normální koupelna s normální sprchou. Každý den jedna lahev vody na osobu a velice jsme ocenili extra osušky, které byly určené na pláž. Lokalita kousek od krásné pláže v dosahu lékárna, 7/11 je trošku dál na pěší procházku, ale dá se to."

Postele nebyly pohodlné v tom smyslu, že jakmile se někdo vedle vás na matraci pohnul vzbudí vás to. Personál by mohl být trochu víc komunikativní a úsměv přeci nic nestojí - škoda.
