Great spa/pool/gym and a large crèche for children! I was really impressed by the staff at the crèche, they were kind, and showed passion for children, which meant I could comfortably leave my daughter for 2hrs and enjoy the spa."

"My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology."
