"We are family of 4 and booked 1night for 2 families, we enjoyed our stay, staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms is cozy and enough space for all of us, breakfast is really good, very good location, walking distance to cafe and restaurants."

"Loved the breakfast ( a very good variety, extended hours till 11 AM), very nice stuff members, location is great ( the room had an amazing view into the main square and we could enjoy the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the comfort of the room). The bed was comfy, it was very clean and i didn’t hear any noises so it must be that the rooms are isolated. We asked for a baby crib and got one for free. The room temperature was good (we could increase the heating power and had a perfect temperature for our small baby). Also our small dog got some nice treats. We were provided with 2 bowls for the dog and also a big blanket where he could sleep on. We came with a car and had free parking. The location compared to the ski resort is ok if coming with a car ( about 40 minutes by car). In the area there are restaurants, fashion shops, food stores, a really great place to walk or run ( large forest and park at few min walking from the hotel). Overall we really enjoyed and will come again."

"These are suggestions to improve, but not a deal breaker and will visit again despite the below :) The garbage bins are tiny and makes it impossible to separate the garbage type. Would strongly suggest to change the bins for much larger ones. The wardrobe didn’t have any shelves and just 4 hangers. For a family of 2 grownups, a child and a baby it was very hard to manage with the cloths especially that we had a longer stay and not just 1-2 nights. The furniture in the room and the toilet equipment could use a change. It is still comfortable, but it looks very old. Also a small fridge would be indicated to have in the room. And last: I was not aware that we need to ask for the room cleaning ( the info is in a brochure in the room but I didn’t have any time to read all that material). Better inform the guests at the reception or in the welcome message about it."

"Amazing breakfast. Made use of the complementary bicycles. The hotel design, including furniture, represented the strong design history of the region. This was unexpected and very nice surprise."

"No kettle in room. I found it hard to work the TV. The bathroom was a bit old. I couldn’t leave my curtains open there was a man directly opposite at all times at the window. I felt overlooked and had to always pull the curtains shut"
