"The Elevator needs to be repaired especially when they are going to book you on the 3rd floor. The stair way should be covered incase of heavy rain like how it was during our stay."

"1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: It was at the heart of the Grace Bay Beach road, and so, multiple restaurants and bars around. It is in the ultra-gentrified section so make sure you have a lot of cash to eat out. It has close access to the beach (around 5 mins walk) 2. STAFF : Very friendly, helpful and professional. 3. TWO BEDROOMS: Although I didn't ask or remember booking a 2-bedroom apt, I got it and it was great."

"1. BATHROOM : The bathroom needs a remodelling ( especially the walls around the toilet ). 2. LACK OF AMENITIES : Paper cups were provided for the coffee and tea. However, no plates or hand soap in the bathroom were provided. 3. NO ELEVATOR : Although the Grace Bay Suites is only 3 floors, if you have heavy luggages and the elderly, ask for support with your luggages."

"The location, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and bars at walking distance. Additionally, it is very close to Grace beach, a beautiful place to enjoy TCI."

"There were some issues with the toilette and the bath didn’t have the door, this was outside the room because it needs to be repaired."

"The hotel is in a great location and while not on the beach or overlooking the beach, its just a short stroll over with access to chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel. Plus its right in the heart of the local shops, restaurants and bars. The receptionist who checked us in was super lovely and helpful. The rooms are large and clean and while basic, still comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a large balcony. The pool is small but we didn't need anything more than what they offered. We loved that we had three options for breakfast, but after our first day dining at Shays, we kept going back as the service was fantastic and the food was amazing! Highly recommend staying here and if we were to go back to TCI, we would stay again."

"Cannot fault this property at all - with TCI being so expensive, this property fitted our budget nicely and more than met our needs. Check in was efficient, and all the staff we met were super friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was large and comfortable. No issues with noise from the nearby bar, and we always felt 100% safe in this area Only thing we would have liked to see in the room is some glassware (for drinks) as well as a bottle opener for beers on the balcony but this did not detract from our stay at all Loved the idea of being given a voucher for breakfast, meaning you could dine around at leisure. We opted for Shay's each morning. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the magnificent Grace Bay Beach we used every day and there was always availability and were setup ready for use. Overall, a definite 10/10"

"Vouchers for breakfast covered most of the cost of breakfasts at 3 cafes very close by. Very nice locations, quick, friendly service and a good variety of food choices. Coffee was great. Loungers and umbrellas available at Grace Beach, a 5 min walk. On windy days one could relax by hotels small pool. Bicycles were provided by the hotel and we used them regularly."

"Hotel is next to a restaurant / bar that does play music rather loudly every evening, not enough that it kept us awake. The bicycles are stored outside and do badly need maintenance, one had almost no working brakes and the 5 speed bikes gear’s didn’t work"

"The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and located at the very centre of Grace Bay which is a safe area and location of the upmarket hotels. It is perfectly placed for local fast food and quality restaurants - all in walking distance. The hotel has its own section of beach with loungers and shades on the exceptional Grace Bay as well as having its own pool on site. The room was decent sized with big beds and effective quiet aircon - which was needed. A large supermarket was just a 3-5 minutes walk and had a superb range of salads and hot dishes for takeaways. Vouchers for breakfast were given to spend at one of three nearby cafes. The vouchers were good for a hot breakfast and coffee at Island Scoops. The vouchers only covered 50% of the cost of a similar meal at the more expensive Shays. We didn't try Sandbox."
