"We had a great stay at the Marco Polo Hotel. The rooms were clean ( very good cleaning ladies) and well maintained, and the staff at the bar and reception were very friendly and professional. The animation team did an excellent job every day and brought great energy to the hotel. Everything was in perfect condition, all amenities were available, and the overall care was outstanding. Highly recommended. We loved the inside pool. Greetings from Majdi A"

"We stayed 3 nights at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday. We had fantastic room with stunning sea view and balcony from one side and pool view from another. The room itself was massive. All staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The lady from housekeeping who was looking after our room was an absolute star 🌟. She kept our room nice and tidy and arranged some beautiful bed displays for us. Hotel itself was very clean. There were few little things to sort but staff was very accommodating. My partner organised birthday surprise for me and all the staff were very supportive and helpful. I got beautiful table display and very nice birthday cake with Happy Birthday sang by the waitress. Also our room was beautifuly decorated. To be honest the sunrise and the sea view even from the bed made our stay."

"We went for all inclusive option. The restaurant itself seemed to be understaffed. Often no glasses or cups available. Plenty of food options but the food itself just OK. We also tried their spa with hammam and massage. Here we had mixed opinion. We meant to have hammam ans steam room together but massage separate but at the same time. Here there was some issue with logistics but we managed to resolve it in the end. While hammam and steam room were great the massage for me wasn't that great however my partner was very happy with his so depends on therapist."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. OLFA, TAIEB and EL FAHEM, at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment I checked in, EL FAHEM’s warm smile and efficient service made me feel at home. OLFA arranged with my towels and warm smiling all the time with great hospitality . TAIEB went above and beyond, helping me arrange parking and recommending a fantastic restaurant for eating. TAIEB was so attentive, always ready to answer my questions about local attractions with great patience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated my experience. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again just for their outstanding service!"

The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience.
