"This was the best of all the hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. Excellent location, great valet parking, wonderful staff, lovely room. The aircon seemed to fail in the middle of the afternoon, but otherwise it was just a terrific experience, and we would certainly come back. Highly, highly recommended."

"Breakfast great.The breakfast staff are very professional, they are a real brigade and their manager is very responsive. Room is clean, bed confortable."

"Air conditionning is working very badly, whatever the setting of temperature the room stays hot. The hotel would have been a very good hotel in 80's. But today he looks old inside but he is clean."

"Clean and quiet Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic. Thanks also for the concierge people who helped us for the luggage and the car parking everyday."

The hotel experience was generally good; however, improving the level of cleanliness and giving more attention to housekeeping details would further enhance the guest experience. "We loved everything. Parking is extremely limited in this area and the roads are very hectic so we didn’t make it to our originally booked hotel as we just couldn’t get there. They were very understanding. We booked this hotel because it had Parking about 10 minutes before we arrived and everything about this hotel Was just perfect. If we could rate it more than 5 out of five we would as it deserves more than 5 out of five the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially in the restaurant for the evening meal. I am a vegetarian and it’s quite difficult to get vegetarian evening meals so they made me an omelette And some other bits and pieces which was really kind of them. The food in the hotel is exceptional and really good value for money. All of the staff are exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world. They turned a disaster into a real success for us. It would be the only place I would book again when we come back to this area."
