"“My stay was generally fine, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists (who refused to give me his name). He treated me with poor manners and even shouted at me because I was one hour late for checkout after getting distracted while shopping. I accepted the extra charge without any problem, but that did not give him any right to speak to me that way. I believe a hotel should maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards its guests at all times, and this behaviour really spoiled my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.”"

"Very clean. And the hotel provide facility to serve the elderly people. In fact Bathroom is quite big comparing with the bedroom. The location is very close to the XIMEN MRT Exit 6 and very easy to find on the main road."

"The location is optimal: 10 minutes on foot away from Ximending area, and 15 minutes away from Taipei main station. 7/11 right across the street. The stuff were super helpful and covered all my needs."

"The staff were always very polite and courteous. The check-in machine was clear and simple. The room was well soundproofed and the toilet with the heated seat and bidet was a great added bonus. The location is also very good, easily walkable from Taipei Main Station, as well as the busy Ximen neighbourhood."

"The bedding, towels and toilet were good, but the floors, surfaces and sink area were not particularly clean, certainly not as high as the rating indicated (as of Dec 2024). Not a deal breaker, but I did feel the need to wipe them down."
