"I would suggest adding blackout curtains to the rooms, as the streetlight outside made it quite bright during the night. When I mentioned this at the reception, the staff member said that I could write such a request when booking, which felt a bit dismissive and left the impression that my feedback wasn't really acknowledged. I believe this is useful feedback for the hotel itself, not just for individual guests. Although usually, the staff has been very helpful."
