"Amazing views and location! Fire place was so cosy and beds were super comfy."

Hot water ran out when we all showered at night.

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

"Đầu tiên là chủ nhà rất lịch sự, chủ động liên lạc với khách và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, giới thiệu Villa, chị quản lý cũng vui vẻ hỗ trợ dọn dẹp và check-in sớm. Villa có 9 phòng gồm đủ loại gồm phòng 3 giường lớn, 2 giường lớn và 1 giường lớn, hồ bơi, bàn billiards, karaoke, khu bếp với đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp. Cảm ơn Ông Chủ và Chị Quản Lý, nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè!"

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"La casa superó con creces nuestras expectativas, estaba muy equipada en todos los aspectos lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más fácil. Mantas, toallas,.. todo muy bien organizado en las habitaciones. El sótano muy acogedor para realizar celebraciones o reuniones de amigos."

A little bit expensive

"Všude bylo čisto. Ty obrovský okna dodávaly hodně světla a působily vzdušně a luxusně. V ubytování nám bylo příjemně. Nic nás nerušilo. A ráda bych se zeptala pana majitele, jaký typ/značku postele v přízemí apartmánu pořídil? Tak dobře, bezbolestně a kvalitně už sem se dlouho nevyspala. Děkuji za odpověď, rádi se zase vrátíme 🍀🙂👌"

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.
