"Roomy villa. Cleaners came in twice a week which was an unexpected bonus. Pool is lovely. Villa in quiet neighbourhood."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"Ubytování je v krásných prostorných vilách na stráni s krásným výhledem na moře. Kuchyňka je velmi dobře vybavená a můžete zde uvařit cokoli Vás napadne. Všechny pokoje jsou velmi prostorné, včetně velké koupelny, zde nás velmi zaujala i doplňující venkovní sprcha, kdy se po návratu z pláže můžete venku osprchovat a přitom se díváte na palmy v zahradě nebo na moře v zálivu. Ohromila nás velká terasa s jídelním stolem a hlavně postelí, kde můžete přes den a nebo večer relaxovat ve dvou a sledovat třeba západ slunce. Za nás naprosto skvělé ubytování !!!"

"Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Pokoje byly čisté a pravidelně uklízené. Bazén byl skvělý a děti si ho moc užily. Snídaně byly pestré a s velkou možností výběru. Personál byl přátelský a nápomocný. Můžeme jen doporučit."

Ve vybavení kuchyňky chyběl nůž a mísa na saláty, ale jinak vše naprosto v pořádku.

"The room was large and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. A seating area was a welcome extra. Breakfast was excellent -with a glass of Istenic sparkling! The garden attached to the winery is a really peaceful setting for a morning’s (or more) relaxation over coffee and more sparkling wine. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them."

Only downside is the location that means restaurants are a short drive away - even the closest (about 1km) is a drive because of the fast narrow road without pavement. The main town of Brezice is worth visiting though for its restaurants, cafes, castle and water tower.

Just like everywhere in Faroese Islands its a bit pricy, but still reasonable compared to other options.

"The villa is clean & spacious. Ilse was very accommodating, she reached out to me just right after my booking was confirmed. She was very attentive with all my queries. My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

"Een heerlijke plek 15 minuten rijdend vanaf het centrum van Zlatibor. Het huisje was schoon en ruim. Naast het huisje een mooi zwembad. De eigenaar was fantastisch aardig."

Helaas geen airconditioning. Dus in de zomer vrij warm.

"Rudy and his wife were amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropical Sands. When you've been out all day exploring the island this little paradise is ideal to come back to, quiet and tranquil next to the beach."

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)
