"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of most major city attractions. Although the city itself is not particularly walkable, the hotel’s location makes exploring much easier and saves time on transportation."
"Unfortunately, one major issue during our stay was the bathroom design. The toilet had an open slit at the top, which made it uncomfortable and lacked privacy. It felt poorly designed and not very practical. Additionally, there was no bidet provided, which was inconvenient and below the standard we expected."
"Receptionist and the one who answer the phone during my stay were very good in communication, support and cooperation. Breakfast excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Location not so bad although I didn't really affect me as I've been pick up everyday for work."

"The staff were very accommodating with my request for a corner room. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. As my partner was feeling unwell, I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on for more than 24 hours, and the front desk proactively called to check if we needed any assistance, which I truly appreciated. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the famous Bùi Viện Street."
