"L'emplacement, à deux pas du marché, 15 mn à pieds du festival de cinema, rue commerçante calme la nuit, propre. L'appartement est simple et fonctionnel, sieges, lit confortables. Salon lumineux pour un premier étage. Decor un peu passe partout mais dans des tons chaleureux. Bel equilibre entre l'espace et le mobilier. Salle de douche moderne."
"Ameliorer l'équipement de la cuisine,( juste un torchon, ) du linge de maison, minimaliste bien qu'en supplément de prix. Le tapis de bain etait poussiereux et encore pourvu de quelques cheveux de la locataire precedente. Les WC donnent directement ds la chambre et sont pourvus d'une gaine d'aération assez bruyante. On entend beaucoup les voix et les déplacements des voisins du dessus, car structure de l'immeuble en bois. Pas de placards de rangement. Chambre sombre."

"Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war großartig, das Haus war in einem top Zustand, direkt am Wasser. Den Billiardtisch haben wir fast jeden Abend genutzt. Unsere Kinder haben direkt vor der Tür gerne gebadet, geschnorchelt und sind vom Steg gesprungen. Zudem konnte man direkt nebenan Kajaks, jet skiy und stand up boards ausleihen. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber."
"10 minute walk to station ( Nice, Monaco , Menton etc) 5 minutes to the prom and sea. Great to have a balcony with evening sun and fine inland views. On the fifth floor( lift) in modern apartment building."

"We loved the apartment and the location. The apartment was in the ground floor which was perfect for us since we had a baby and stroller. The apartment is the inner side of the building and the windows are facing an inside garden , so you are not at all disturbed by the people that are passing outside on the street. Already the street is very quiet, even though it is located in a very famous neighborhood and very close to important locations, it's a kind isolated street.It's safe and nice. We made ourselfes fast very confortable in the apartment, it was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. There are several shop in the neighborhood, very close by. Using subway or buses , it was very easy to reach to the center and the other important locations. The communication with the owner was very good, he was very nice and kind and offered the support if needed."
