"The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris. The staff was polite and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room was very small, and it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned and the sheets and towels were not changed every day. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and comfort. Overall, a good location and kind staff, but not great value for money."

"Comfy bed. Clean room with good quality linen. Quiet despite being on a main road. Good hot water and a nice bath (with the executive room). Breakfast was good in a very clean modern breakfast room. Excellent location. Helpful staff."

"The hotel is in a bit of a state of disrepair in places. Bizarre sliding door to ensuite bathroom was difficult to open. Only one side of our bed had a bedside light and there was only one bedside table. Signage for breakfast room is missing a few letters - gives a bad impression."

"Ran out of loo paper, had to share half a roll with my friend in next room, handing the roll to and fro, as hotel had apparently run out, also the tissues in my room. Bring your own I recommend! I had to pay my Government room tax twice. First by bank card, when we checked in, and when we checked out I was told it hadn’t gone through and I had to pay a second time by cash. But my card had been charged. Not a lot of money but a bit annoying."
