"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

The breakfast a bit poor

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

V našem pokoji (přízemí) by byla fajn nějaká zástěna nebo dveře mezi ložnicí a chodbou. V koupelně nebyla zásuvka, takže fénování vlasů muselo být v chodbě hned u ložnice, což není příliš praktické když necestuje sám a rušíte hluky a světlem druhého člověka, co třeba ještě ráno spí.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Občas něco po úklidu něco chybělo. Osušky, ručníky, toaletní papír, voda a podobně. Po upozornění bylo vše okamžitě napraveno i s omluvou a úsměvem. Snídaně by mohla být pestřejší a s kávovarem. Pláž Mamzar se vstupným a absolutně neuklizená a špinavá. S dozorem plavčíků, ale vypadalo to jako na skládce. To jsme nečekali.

I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Extraordinaria Staff. Always helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect in DaAn. Price is also relatively good when you compare it to other hotels in the area. If you stay in Taipei consider the DaAn district."

Rooms could use some renovation - it is not the most modern hotel in DaAn, but again it was more than appropriate for the price.

Přistýlka silne nevyhovující - záda bolela z prolozeneho lůžka a při každém pohybu hrozně skripala. Příbory nestačily pro 4 ubytované, ale to by se asi dalo řešit s recepční. Trochu horší je to také s parkováním, není dostatek míst.

"Hotel 15min z hl.nadr. trolejbusem 19 nebo 4, 200m od zastávky. Milé recepční (narozdíl od většiny lidí tu), snídaně poměrně slušna. Vybavení starší a opotřebované, grand hotel to není,ale stačí. Ticho z chodby i z venku,teplé peřiny. Dá se i povečeřet, dobrá pizza."

Chladněji na pokoji, po puštění topení se dalo. Jinak všeho dostatek, toal.papir atd,varnou konvicí mi půjčili na recepci.

"Hotel se nachází na kopci a není úplně snadno k nalezení ve spletitých ulicích. Poskytuje ovšem nádherný výhled i pěkný bazén a posezení v restauraci. pokoje jsou čisté, pohodlné, ale jsou menší. Výhodou je parkování přímo u hotelu."

Pozornost obsluhy v restauraci by mohla být větší, a když v jídelním lístku nabízejí frapé překvapí, když číšník netuší, co chcete. Ale je to drobnost v jinak příjemném hotelu.

"Přímo u pláže, snídaně vydatné, na střeše bazén, fitko, vířivka. Dobra lokalita k prozkoumání severu ostrova."

Hotel nemá zahradu, balkónky nejsou moc vhodné k večernímu posezení.
