No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi

The room could use some improvements. There aren't enough electrical outlets to charge my phone.

It was kind of chilly in the room, but it was -10C outside.

"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.

Personál zařízení a především pan majitel byl vstřícný, zajistil vše potřebné včetně kvalitního průvodce do blízkého deštného pralesa, poradil v případě potřeby. V ubytování je také restaurace a pekárna. Městečko Deniyaya, kde se ubytování nachází, je také výborně zásobené a tamní ceny jsou velmi vstřícné. Dle mého názoru má místo mnoho co nabídnout i pro vícedenní program."

Nothing negative , A blackout blind ( curtains are thin) for room 1 bedroom will make it a better sleep for all.

The bed gave me a sore hip The rooster 🐓 x8 noisy early morning.

"The staff were all so lovely and friendly and there was everything you needed. The room was cosy and warm when we went in and there was no noise from traffic or anything"

Shame the restaurant wasn't open but the bar was.
