Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

Při příletu nám nedorazily zavazadla a domluva s aerolinkou byla příšerná, mladý pán na recepci nás zachránil - se vším nám skvěle pomohl, ochotně volal na letiště a pomohl nám získat naše zavazadla včas. "Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind."

The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

"Čistota, personál, poloha. Parkování bez problémů."

Občas něco po úklidu něco chybělo. Osušky, ručníky, toaletní papír, voda a podobně. Po upozornění bylo vše okamžitě napraveno i s omluvou a úsměvem. Snídaně by mohla být pestřejší a s kávovarem. Pláž Mamzar se vstupným a absolutně neuklizená a špinavá. S dozorem plavčíků, ale vypadalo to jako na skládce. To jsme nečekali.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

The room was small

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Přistýlka silne nevyhovující - záda bolela z prolozeneho lůžka a při každém pohybu hrozně skripala. Příbory nestačily pro 4 ubytované, ale to by se asi dalo řešit s recepční. Trochu horší je to také s parkováním, není dostatek míst.
