"Nádherná lokalita, příjemný, usměvavý personál, který se staral o to, aby nám nic nescházelo. Bohatý výběr jídel jak při snídani,tak i u večeře, bonus byl výběr nápojů zdarma u večeře.Touto cestou děkuji personálu, který nám umožnili krásný pobyt. Byli jsme zde minulý rok a budeme se těšit, že přijedeme i příští rok."

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

Hotel je už starší. Ale s tím se počítalo. Kafe nebylo dobré 😄 a pláž se zavírala brzy-už v 17, ale v Bahrainu je dost možností, co dělat…..

"Krásný resort v nádherné zahradě o kterou je každý den pečováno, snídaně formou bufetu je naprosto dostačující, bungalovy jsou moc pěkné a našla jsem zde vše co jsem potřebovala, čistý bazén a soukromá pláž jsou další plusové body tohoto resortu, je třeba počítat s tím, že během pobytu někdy vypne elektrika, ale to je problém ostrovu Sao Tome nikoli resortu a my s tím počítali. Doporučuji výlet na ostrov Rolas, navštívit místo ďáblova tlama, vodopády, na recepci určitě poradí. Projeli jsme celý ostrov a lepší ubytování jsme opravdu nenašli. Dokonalá dovolená, děkujeme a DOPORUČUJEME"

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

Vilky jsou prostorné, čisté, mají velkorysé terasy s lehátky, posezením a překrásným výhledem.Podávaná jídla jsou z kvalitních surovin a skvěle připravená, oceňuji možnost výběru ala carte i při polopenzi."

Malá, ale čistá pláž a jako bonus stín původních stromů, plus menší aquapark s tobogány a skluzavkami. Jednoduché vybavení posilovny, ale s klimatizací, takže cajk. Punch machine, stolní fotbálek nebo hokej a další vychytávky pro děti."

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .
